Now we became an established new profit center company for one of panca budi group that focus on public services with capability to manage and handle for all process in the environment of logistics and supply chain industries.

 

As a logistics and supply chain services company, at present we have been manage more than 200.000 sqm of warehouse space and 400 more vehicles with various type of truck.

 

About the Position :

The Branch Manager is responsible for the operating performance of the individual PTI location(s) assigned to them. The Branch Manager will work to achieve both individual and Company goals and objectives while exceeding the customer’s needs for safe and reliable crew transportation needs.

Safety is always our #1 priority and should be a main focus of our Branch Managers.

 

As a Branch Manager, you would be responsible for :

•    Recruiting, selecting, and retaining a qualified workforce

•    Properly training and educating all employees

•    Coordinating the activities of your drivers (Scheduling, notifying dispatch, etc.)

•    Monitoring and evaluating the performance of your drivers

•    Monitoring and making sure regular maintenance is done on all vehicles

•    Maintaining the lines of communication between the HQ and Customers.

•    Being responsive to the needs of Dispatch

•    Promoting and practicing safety awareness

•    Insuring that policies and procedures set forth by the company are followed

•    Representing the company in a professional manner at all times

•    Meeting or exceeding location(s) Goals and Objectives

•    Manage and lead branch Office.

•    Boast Sales revenue to achieve Sales target as well to assure performing best service of Operation    

     team to transportation business in excellent profitable business.

•    Strengthen networking with variant industries, overseas partners, customers and other institutions to

     ensure shipment  arrangement run smoothly in timely manner with zero failure.

•    Excellent in strategic business planning and budget forecasting presenting to Top Management.

•    Giving good advice and suggestion to Top Management related to all business’s aspects.

•    Excellent collaboration with HQ Office for shipment preparation and arrangement, including for

     payment and  collections (billing/invoicing).

•    Willing to business travel for Java area.

What will your job look like?

·         You will lead and manage the customer (internal/external) during the scoping Plan, timeline and activities to achieve effective Logistics solution closure and serve as a trusted advisor    

·         You should understand your customer needs related Logistics points ( Warehouse, Handling, Distribution, IT Needs, trends, etc ).

·         You will be responsible for validating alignment of 3PL solution architecture, as designed by the 3PL solution architect, with customer business needs       

·         You will ensure to stakeholders (Business, IT, Network, Vendors) that the solution and architecture address business needs and provide real business value

·         You will manage the Scoping process, budget, and timeline. Follow up on the overall scoping plan, status, and risks.

 

All you need is...

·         Customer-facing experience and negotiations skills 

·         Wide knowledge of Third Party Logistics with experiences in best practice of Logistics solutions (Warehouse, Handling, Inventory system, Distribution, Vendor Management, etc.)

·         Knowledge of Supplychain industry and Logistics business processes

·         Proven experience in defining customer requirements and solutions and project implementation

·         Experience in large and integrative project delivery and management

·         Have knowladge about logistics Platform

·         Provend career in Logistics Company                  

·         Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/ IT/ Logistics/ Computers or equivalent
